Deliciously good, 4/5.
I do love a good cooking-related mystery and this certainly delivered.
The story follows a talented caterer as she prepares for a secret wedding, but there's a killer on the loose in her idyllic town!
Sweet treats and underhanded scheming, what could be better? (If only the treats could come out of the book!)
The only real downside to this book was that I wasn't aware it was the eighth in the series, so there were some references to earlier books that went over my head. Overall, those instances did not pull away from the book at all though.
I will definitely be reading more of this series, maybe I'll even start with the first one this time...maybe.
